About Our Service
Get Digital Sign facilitates the application process for Digital Signature Certificates (DSCs). DSCs are issued by CCA-licensed Certifying Authorities under the Information Technology Act, 2000. We assist you with selecting the correct certificate type, collecting the required information, coordinating identity verification, and arranging delivery of the USB token containing your certificate.
Eligibility & Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when applying for a Digital Signature Certificate. You are responsible for ensuring that the name, PAN, organization details, and any other information you submit match your official identity documents. Incorrect or mismatched information may delay or prevent issuance of your certificate.
Certificate Issuance Process
Certificates are issued only after successful identity verification, which may include video-based KYC as required by applicable Controller of Certifying Authorities (CCA) guidelines. Processing times mentioned on this website (for example, "30 minutes to 2 hours") are estimates and may vary depending on document verification, certificate type, and circumstances beyond our control.
Pricing & Payment
Prices for each certificate type and validity period are displayed on our Services page. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; the price applicable to your order is the price confirmed to you at the time of application. This website does not process online card or payment gateway transactions; payment is collected as communicated to you directly by our team during the application process.
User Responsibilities
- Keep your USB token and its password/PIN secure at all times.
- Do not share your Digital Signature Certificate credentials with anyone.
- Report a lost, stolen, or compromised USB token to us immediately so the certificate can be revoked.
- Use your Digital Signature Certificate only for lawful purposes, in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Limitation of Liability
We facilitate DSC applications in good faith but do not guarantee issuance within any specific timeframe, as issuance is subject to verification by the Certifying Authority and the accuracy of the information and documents provided. To the extent permitted by law, Get Digital Sign shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from delays, errors in submitted information, or the actions of third parties, including the Certifying Authority or delivery partners.
Termination / Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue processing an application where the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent, or where required identity verification cannot be completed.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
