This policy describes how the USB token containing your Digital Signature Certificate is delivered once your application has been successfully processed and your certificate has been issued.
Delivery Method
Once your Digital Signature Certificate is issued and loaded onto a secure USB token, we arrange delivery through a third-party courier service.
Delivery Area
We currently offer delivery within India. If you require delivery outside India — for example, in connection with the "Class 3 Foreign Only Signing" certificate — please contact us before applying to confirm whether we can deliver to your location.
Delivery Timeline
Certificate issuance typically takes 30 minutes to 2 hours for individuals and 2–4 hours for organizations after successful verification, as described on our Services page. Once issued, the USB token is dispatched promptly and delivered within a reasonable timeframe depending on your location.
Delivery Charges
Delivery of the USB token within our serviceable locations is included in the certificate price shown on our Services page, at no additional cost.
Tracking
Where shipment tracking information is available for your delivery, we will share it with you on request.
Failed or Delayed Delivery
If you do not receive your USB token within the expected timeframe, or if delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us so we can assist you, which may include arranging redelivery.
