This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) applications submitted through Get Digital Sign. Because a DSC is a personalised certificate issued to a verified individual or organization by a Certifying Authority, refund eligibility depends on the stage your application has reached.

Where any marketing material on this website references a money-back guarantee, the specific conditions of that guarantee are as described in this policy. In case of any conflict, this Refund & Cancellation Policy governs.

Cancellation Before Processing Begins

Our online application form does not collect any payment. If you wish to cancel your application before we have begun processing it — that is, before identity verification (video KYC) has started — please contact us as soon as possible using the details below, and we will confirm the status of your request based on where your application stands.

Cancellation After Verification or Issuance

A Digital Signature Certificate is generated and bound to your verified identity. Once identity verification (video KYC) has been completed and/or your certificate has been generated by the Certifying Authority, it cannot be reassigned or reused, so the application generally cannot be cancelled and the certificate cannot be refunded from that point onward. If you believe exceptional circumstances apply to your case, please contact us and we will review your request.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

As a general principle, refunds are not available where:

  • The Digital Signature Certificate has already been issued.
  • The delay or rejection is caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the applicant.
  • The applicant does not complete the required identity verification within a reasonable time.
